In More Detail…

The product is carbonated before it goes in the keg at 32 PSI.

The CO2 is purely used to force the liquid out of the keg, through the cooler and up to the bar.

Once the liquid has been forced from the keg it passes through an A type keg coupler and into the line.

It then passes the remote cooler or under counter cooler. The cooler comprises of a length of copper coil surrounded by ice which the Frizzante passes through to chill it.

The Frizzante is then forced up to the bar by the CO2 where it is dispensed via the tap being opened.

The font itself is chilled by recirculating water from the cooler to ensure the liquid is chilled right to the tap.

The flow rate can be altered by the flow controller which can be found just under the tap where the pipe comes out from under the font. This is a barrel shaped grey object about 10cm long. You can hold the end of the barrel with two hands and turn the mid section which will speed up or slow down the flow accordingly.

Please ensure branded glasses are always used as if not the product will NOT fizz sufficiently.
